CHECK-IN

  • Guests check in from 1:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. on the day of arrival

  • Guests at the time of check-in are asked to provide identification for registration and at the same time to regularize the payment of the stay, if they have not made it in advance

  • Guests are requested to give advance notice of their estimated time of arrival by contacting the property using the contact details on the booking confirmation

  • Only small animals are allowed inside at the guest’s request

  • It is also not permitted, for reasons of Public Safety, for unauthorized persons to enter the facility

CHECK-OUT

  • Guests check out from 06:30 am until 10:30 am on the day of departure

  • Any delays may result in a penalty charge equal to the daily room rate

  • At the end of the stay, room keys must be returned. In case of loss the amount of 70.00€ will be charged.

LOST ITEMS

The staff of Blu disclaims all responsibility and is not liable in any capacity for theft and/or loss of items and/or money brought into the facility, left unattended in the rooms or common areas. The facility is equipped with a small safe.

    GUEST BEHAVIOR

    • Please take care of other guests and the neighborhood. Respect the quiet, especially during the nighttime hours

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility. Violators will be subject to the payment of a sum of up to 275 euros (up to 550 euros if smoking in the presence of a pregnant woman or in the presence of children under 12). The person in charge of enforcing the smoking ban is the owner of the facility

    • Each guest is required to make good any damage, voluntary or involuntary, caused to the facility, furniture and equipment
